The world of Aryth has fallen under to the dark god Izrador and his legions. Magic and literacy are outlawed. The world's connection to the other planes has been severed. The kingdoms of the elves and dwarves are under siege by both orc and fiends. While many have fallen to despair and suspicion, a resistance grows. It is these beacons of light pushing back against the Shadow who will liberate Eredane.
